**Overview**:
To influence bookings behaviour into the hotels through creating & development of solid digital marketing practices in line with marketing strategies and initiatives.

Additionally, maintain a comprehensive understanding & knowledge of market & competitor activities & behavior through online marketing platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Director of Digital Marketing on development & implementation of internet marketing promotions to ensure functionality in support of strategy & initiatives.
- Responsible of all on line marketing campaigns and activities, including social media advertising performance.
- Measure ROAS and KPIs and assist Director of Digital Marketing to prepare budget
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics (in cooperation with Marcom team)
- Advise & conduct re-search on internet business in generating revenue opportunities including on-line sites and travel related portals such as Google etc.
- Ensure hotels web content/information and photos is set up using all possible practice (in cooperation with Marcom team)
- In conjunction with Revenue & Distribution team, monitor and update all channel data bases to ensure correct representation of hotels
- Co-ordinate with Revenue team to roll out tactical campaigns
- Manage digital marketing agencies to perform all digital activities which are in line with marketing plan
- Champion any future technology development per specific channel
- Participate in SSM meetings in the absence of Director of Digital Marketing (Room & F&B) and responsible for the digital marketing performance updates
- Develop understanding of regional market trend for both online and offline channels in order to proactively recommend action plan for respective segments
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local & regional market and industry behaviors including its influencers
- Champion all special projects relating to market research & competitor activities & update weekly/monthly to management team on these activities
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
- Broad understanding of Digital Platforms and Technology as it relates to ordering, payment, rewards, database and more.
- Strong understanding of Digital Media Channels: Search, FB, Display, RTB, Content Discovery.
- Analytic Mind with strong excel skills and deductive Reasoning
- Experience in Google analytics or Analytic products.
- Strong Excel Skills
- Some Web Development and technology understanding is a benefit
- An Eye for Design, User Experience and usage of digital technology.
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
- Strong drive for results
