Technical Sales and Marketing Cosmetic Ingredients.
Experience in Cosmetic industry.
Strong market & product knowledge.
**Responsibilities**: In cooperation with sales team to achieve the sales target through account development plan and formulate strategies for the market approach and be responsible for their implementation, focusing on developing Cosmetic Ingredients business.
To acquisition and retention of customers and in cooperation with sales team to develop a broader Cosmetic Ingredients customer based on a selective and focused market approach.
To participate and propose improvement of and/or within the internal & external processes to VP, so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Cosmetic Ingredients team.
Establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
Identify new business of Cosmetic Ingredients by expanding business with existing customers, existing suppliers and explore and implement new business with a potential.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science or related field.
At least 5 Years experience in Technical Sales, Business Development & Marketing in Cosmetic industry.
Good Planning,Negotiation & Management Skill.
Strong Decision Making & Problem Solving Skill.
Good Communication Skill.
Open Minded, Independent, Proactive and Innovative.
