Sales Manager

Our client is one of the global leaders in building and cold chain solutions, is looking for Sales Manager and responsible for interacting with the business team, and customers and providing the best solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Establishing the Coldroom and Channel Sales through Thailand Market as well as expanding to other neighboring countries (Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar).
- Developing new business, increasing business opportunities, seeking out, qualifying, quoting, and closing new sales opportunities.
- Working closely with Installation, Service Team as well as Business Partners to maximize the company's competitive advantage.
- Establishing a long-term relationship with the customer, addressing customer objectives/needs and requirements, recommending solutions, and linking customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantage.
- Monitoring the change in the marketplace and preparing timely reports regarding the market activities including sales results, market trends, key customer activities, competitive activities, and technology news in the market, applies knowledge of competitors' sales and business to favorably differentiate our business from them.
- Supporting the management team representative on Coldroom and Channel Sales. Maintain personal long-term customer relationships to influence existing and future opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Engineering Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience.
- 3-5 years and above experience in HVACR industry sales, if having direct experience in Coldroom and/or Refrigeration Channel Sales would be a key advantage.
- Having Refrigeration products and systems knowledge.
- Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills.
- Must be a proactive team player, independent, and result-oriented.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide new ideas.
- Proven oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Able to travel frequently.
