**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As an integral force in driving revenue and fostering client relationships, the Sales Manager occupies a pivotal role within our organization.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this position is responsible for spearheading the sales team's efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets, cultivate new business opportunities, and nurture existing client partnerships. The Sales Manager plays a central role in executing the sales strategy, building a high-performance team, and contributing to the organization's growth and success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy that aligns with the organization's growth objectives and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and implementing effective sales techniques.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, addressing their unique needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client agreements and exceptional post-sale customer experiences.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the organization's presence and generate leads.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize performance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in a sales management role, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
