**Description**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Recruitment
- Handling the end-to-end process of recruitment for Entry - Middle level.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies on recruitment.
- Take care of outsourcing staff (recruitment, contracts, and coordinating various related matters).

Shared Service
- Handle HR Share Service delivery in Employment, Employee benefits & Welfare services, Monthly payroll operations, Visa & Work Permit, Training & Development.
- Monitoring and managing service performance of outsourcing service partners and customers through service level agreements.
- Summarize monthly report of providing HR Share Services to the Group companies.
- Be an HR consultant to a group of companies and be center in HR matters.

Training Operation
- Responsible for training administration of internal training, external training and regional training.
- Update monthly reports and analysis required by Regional and Global on a timely basis.
- To perform other duties as assigned

Perform other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
