**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities will be to cover the following human resources core functions in order to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and to act as a strategic partner to all business and support functions:

- Talent acquisition
- Compensation & benefits
- Employee Engagement
- Performance Management
- Succession planning and management
- Training and development plans/ programs
- Reporting and statistics
- Assist HR Manager to identify trends and propose tailored HR solutions which align with the company's goals.
- Assist HR Manager to oversee all HR system
- Assist HR Manager to oversee all HR operations & HR project roadmap are executed effectively
- Partner with business and HR teams to evaluate complex business problems and lead a team to provide proper HR solutions.
- Act as an internal consultant within department by using quality HR tools and process definition or improvement.
- Assist HR Manager to oversees and maintains internal HR information systems which may include SAP, Learning Management Systems, Database management, In-house Apps and others
- Mentor and guide the HR team also ensure the team has ongoing training and development objectives to continue to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
- Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports.
- Special tasks/projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ direct experience in a HR Strategic Partner, HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective.
- Ability to operate fast moving in complex multinational environment strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently, stakeholder management, and good problem-solving skills.
