- งานประจำ- 7 - 20 ปี- กทม. (สวนหลวง)- ปริญญาตรี- 50,000 - 130,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Develop or design learning journey / training road map / development plan and execution align with business trends, business direction and gap development
- Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory process and procedures, organizational change policy to support HR strategies
- Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Analyze and manage HR such as C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans
- Monitor annual budget expenses, select institutions, evaluate training and implement the program.
- Design and execution of Talent development program and Succession plan
- Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels
- Being responsible for HR activities to support the business.
- Delivering an ad-hoc analysis and other tasks as required which relates to HR
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the full spectrum of human resource functions
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective
- Ability to operate fast-moving in complex multinational environment strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth and work under pressure
