Technical Trainer

Our client is a global leader in consumer products manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**
- Executing technical training at company Training Centers and customer sites worldwide.
- Independently preparing and wrap-up training, including completing training record documentation and evaluation of training success
- Delivering technical assessment programs and other training-related service products
- Participating in technical training and onsite activities to build/maintain technical competence.
- Taking responsibility for the technical status and condition of training equipment.
- Creating training documentation and training resources, including translation support and digitalization of training material.
- Supporting other Training Center-related activities as directed by the supervisor.
- Providing training consultation services to customers and internal departments.
- Supporting new System Trainers in qualification with mentoring and coaching, including trainer certification as authorized.
- Actively participating in new equipment installations onsite, innovation projects and other related activities as directed by the supervisor and in line with the best interests of the company.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or (preferably) Mechatronic Engineering in dairy/food processing or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a Technical Training role from filling and packaging machine manufacturing or food processing.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies through ongoing learning.
