- Location: Rayong, Thailand- Reports to: Manager, Operational Excellence (based in Thailand)**Summary**:

- Responsible for conducting Operation Excellence projects as specified by the business unit leadership team in coordination with Master Black Belt.
- Responsible for the implementation of corrective action plans and verification of solution effectiveness.
- Black belt will in partnership with the site level financial services team document the fiscal impact of solution and maintain all appropriate data within the Operational Excellence project tracking system.
- Black belt, also, needs to be trainer and coach for Op Ex projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate DMAIC tool to complete Black belt projects as assignment per year.
- Conduct Six Sigma DMAIC, Leans, Kaizen and other projects, leading teams to address business process problems and design new process to achieve results.
- Provide a control plan upon project completion and ensure control plan is integrated into the appropriate procedure. Ensure training is completed and implemented Standard Work.
- Facilitate problem solving and Kaizen session to lead teams to address issues not requiring the DMAIC approach.
- Mentor project team in completing DMAIC projects.
- Instruct Lean Six sigma training classes for Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt and Kaizen Leader training as needed.
- Conduct special data analysis project to showing project status, progression and achievement then report to management team.
- Identify opportunities for LSS projects and conduct analysis to scope projects.
- Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams to enhance quality of service/product.
- Communicate frequently with Master Black Belt regarding project status, issue and accomplishment.
- Lead and manage key projects that enhance business strategies toward company growth.
- Manage and control resources required adequately for project execution.
- To responsible for Safety in the workplace and safety of direct report staff (if any).
- To responsible for monitoring and evaluating direct reports (if any) for compliance to work place safety and environmental policy.
- Emphasize company environment health and safety rules and regulations to employees and ensure compliance.
- Ensure that all accidents & near miss are reported to management and/or direct supervisor and injured are given proper treatment.
- Performs other relate duties of similar type and work on assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (In any field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Access, word, power point, Auto Cad and Visio
- Proficient in use of Minitab statistical software (preferred).
- Experience in Utilities optimization, Innovation (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership skill
- Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of Technical ability and expertise
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple and detail-oriented tasks
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
