**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตในระหว่างเริ่มคาร์ไลน์และโมเดลใหม่ๆ
- พัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- วิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติและปัญหาด้านคุณภาพที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า จัดทำแผนการปรับปรุงแก้ไขร่วมกันกับหน่วยงานภายในต่างๆ
- จัดทำมาตรฐานขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานและกระบวนการต่างๆ รวมถึงวิธีการผลิตที่ได้รับจากทางโรงงานของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทางโรงงานของลูกค้า เพื่อศึกษารายละเอียดที่มีความคลุมเครือให้ชัดเจนขึ้น
- สนับสนุนในการกำหนดและจัดทำข้อกำหนดสำหรับทางเลือกในกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงเครื่องมือสำหรับโรงงาน CKD
**คุณสมบัติ**
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยระดับวิชาชีพที่ออกโดยกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อม อาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัย
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO14001 และ ISO45001
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ในระดับดีมาก
