Production Trainer

Our client is a global automotive manufacturing business.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing training programs for production line employees to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in automotive manufacturing processes.
- Creating and updating training materials, manuals, and visual aids to support effective learning and development.
- Conducting training sessions, both theoretical and hands-on, to ensure that employees are proficient in using machinery and equipment, following safety protocols, and adhering to quality standards.
- Collaborating with production supervisors and managers to identify training needs and address performance gaps within the team.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve training outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automotive manufacturing processes and technologies to incorporate relevant industry best practices into training programs.
- Maintaining accurate training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance with onboarding ing requirements.
- Participating in new employee onboarding to ensure that all newcomers receive essential training for their roles.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Trainer or similar role in the automotive industry with knowledge of the assembly process (maintenance comprehension is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
- Hands-on experience in using various manufacturing tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to design and deliver training programs effectively.
- Ability to assess training needs, identify performance gaps, and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with production staff and management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust training approaches to meet diverse learning styles and preferences
