Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for heading the Cement Services Sales and Service Execution in Indonesia Cluster (Cluster consists of Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam). He/she is expected to transform Business strategies into tactical actionables. Focuses on delivering results on long-term tactics and also ensuring operational targets. Cement Service Sakes Sales business in FLSmidth Indonesia Cluster is currently a 300 Mn DKK business with a vision to grow 30% in next 2-3 years.

Job Scope (Key areas of responsibilities):

- Support business strategy by selling and executing effective aftermarket services aligned to the overall priorities of the business including customer satisfaction and defined contribution margin targets
- Provide thought leadership, being able to infer from the available data and navigate the business forward, towards enhanced efficiency and customer impact
- Champion CAPA initiatives and responsible for maintaining the ISO adoption
- Drive efficiency through close performance review of KPIs, stringent internal targets and constant evaluations and upgradation of skills. Manages a detailed performance dashboard for major KPIs
- Lead the sales force to sell projects and products across Indonesia Cluster in order to achieve the agreed order intake and contribution margin numbers and to increase the market share.
- Formulate strategy & concept (for a 3-year plan) and ensuring operational plan is available to achieve the strategy Develop and maintain the cordial relationship with the key customer, decision maker across the Cement industry
- Drive value propositions through Proposals Team
- Responsible for building, nurturing and leading an innovative and agile team of 30+ employees from sales & service execution and other virtual team from Engineering & Procurement.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead the development and implementation of set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the sales and proposals team. Ensuring growth through after-market sales Enhance market share by identifying white spots Create a team that focusses on enhancing brand image of the organization and our product and project suite Drive efficiency through resource optimization and implementation of best sales practices across all the region and create opportunities to improve market share Achieve the order intake and CM year on year Participate in outside professional activities to maintain knowledge on developments in the cement industry. Select high performing team members with strong capabilities in order to build a competitive sales & proposals team. Identifying and developing potential successors to key positions. Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members on their training and development. Review and manages succession planning and competency development of the team.

Major challenges:
Inter-departmental co-ordination between Engineering, Finance, Procurement to provide effective proposal so that it can translate into order Increasing Market Share amidst tough competition and market conditions

CEO/ MD/ Business heads of customer organizations

What you bring:
Educational qualifications:

- Master / B.E/ B. Tech degree in Mechanical or other relevant degree
- Degree in management is an added advantage

Relevant experience and skills:

- 15-20 years of experience in Cement industry and should have handled the sales target of 200-300 Mn DKK
- Knowledge of FLSmidth portfolio and advantage
- Think forward and adapt and respond to change in business scenario
- Should exhibit Entrepreneurial and Commercial thinking
- Manage external & internal key stakeholders
- Work in Southeast Asia in a multi -cultural matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of contracts and legal impact will be an added advantage
- Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead others
- Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations
- Position will be based in Indonesia /Thailand and role requires travel across the Indonesia cluster.
