**Sales Operations and Activations Assistant - Southeast Asia & Far East Asia**

**About the position**

The **Sales Operations and Activations Assistant** will support the Southeast Asia & Far East Asia sales team by managing distributor operations, coordinating activations, and providing insights through sales analytics. This role requires experience in distributor management, grassroots activations, and sales performance analysis.

**Main Job Functions**:

- **Sales Operations Management**:

- Assist in managing distributor operations and ensuring smooth coordination across the region.
- Maintain strong distributor relationships by managing orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with distributors on forecasts and address any delivery performance gaps.
- **On-Ground Activations**:

- Coordinate and execute sales activations, product launches, and promotions to drive brand engagement.
- Manage event setup, staffing, and ensure flawless execution of on-ground activities.
- Work with retailers and distributors to optimize product visibility and impact.
- **Sales Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data and provide insights to enhance distributor performance and sales strategies.
- Assist with sales planning by evaluating trends and market opportunities.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders on sales performance and market insights.
- **Trade Promotions and Claims Management**:

- Support the coordination of customer trade promotions and ensure alignment with the Joint Business Plan (JBP).
- Track, evaluate, and document promotional activities and budgets.
- Process and verify customer claims, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with digital marketing efforts to integrate online and offline activations.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, distributor management, or grassroots activations, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with analytics tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and business practices is a strong advantage.
