In this critical role, you will drive sustainable revenue growth for LINE Official Account, MyShop, and MyCustomer | CRM by acquiring and engaging SME businesses in Thailand. You will leverage your analytical, marketing, and sales skills to maximize engagement and transaction volume through broadcasting messages, loyalty programs, and payment channels within MyShop.

**Responsibilities**

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification
- Analyze and identify target market opportunities and the competitive landscape
- Develop strategies to increase broadcast message usage, loyalty program adoption, and MyShop as an online sales channel

Self-service Optimization
- Develop resources and educational activities to demonstrate the value of messaging, loyalty programs, and MyShop
- Create best practices for effective and successful business usage of our products
- Gather feedback from product teams to improve features and streamline transactions for easy setup and adaptation
- Brief marketing communication and campaign teams to develop materials and direct customer communication campaigns

Acquisition & Partnership Management
- Develop a marketing plan to drive revenue growth with potential SME sellers through a key account approach
- Partner with potential SME business sellers to provide support, training, and maximize the value of our platform
- Develop a partnership program to directly communicate and promote customer success stories using our platform through business communities

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
- 5-10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in technology product solutions, E-Commerce, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with CRM systems (LINE Official Account, MyShop, MyCustomer | CRM)
- Knowledge of the Thai market and SME landscape
