About Lemon8
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skincare, travel, and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments, and sharing. Team Introduction
- The Monetization Product Operations aims to provide a best-in-class advertising experience by ensuring excellence in customer service and streamlining processes & tools to ensure smooth operations.
- The team collaborates with Sales to provide pre&post-sales support and works closely with the product team on product improvement through feature requests and bug management.

Responsibility
- Responsible for lead generation, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with high potential customers.
- Come up with campaign ideas and brief clients.
- Monitor the overall status of various partnerships by tracking key reports and metrics.
- Handle business conversations with customers, helping the platform to deepen the relationship with the customers and strengthening the share-of-voice.
- Provide campaign-level operational support to ensure optimized customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- A 3rd or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in any local universities; advertising or marketing background is a plus.
- Some internship or professional exposure of program management, product management, product operations. Experience in supporting product launches in multiple markets is a plus; ideally, in ad integrity or risk control space.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments and passionate about shaping products that scale and fit to the business needs.
- Experience/knowledge of running SNS accounts is a plus.
