Job Summary

Responsible for Advanced Analytics insights delivery to business, seeking to drive significant impact and value through Data and Analytics within the business

**Job Description**:

- Manages delivery of advanced analytical (data science / AIML) projects in partnership with business, data analyst, data engineering/operations team, and other related teams - internal and external.
- Builds deep understanding of the functional areas (e.g. customer value management, customer acquisition, business specific, data monetization) that the business partners are aligned with
- Develops and communicates delivery goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach goals
- Leads and manages analytics delivery teams and ensure business needs are being met

Innovate advanced analytic initiative to drive existing business and new business to the success

Experience
- Educational background in quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering)
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery
- 5+ years in a senior delivery role; experience with analytics / insights delivery is a plus

**Skills**:

- Understanding of machine learning, statistics, optimization or related field
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive work product delivery
- Successful track record of leading complex projects; Proven ability to nurture and lead technical talent
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills -capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations, storytelling ability
- Team oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving
