**About the Job**

This role will be responsible for building, leading and running the User Experience team within the project. Together with the global team, you with lead on the design delivery. Your role is to define and refine the right user experience strategy, research and design the right customer experience. You will be collaborating with a team of business strategists, technical architects and front-end specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

**What you do**
- Design Lead in a project, overseeing the design aspects of the project.
- Transform concepts into wireframes and mockups that create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Bring clients’ product visions to life through in-depth UX conceptualization, ideation, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mockups.
- Confidently collaborate remotely with clients and project teams to complete information architecture and interface development for new production projects, including site maps, wireframe layouts, and template development.
- Connect with internal and client teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces based on detailed functional specifications.
- Actively participate in essential internal meetings, such as weekly status updates and planning sessions.

**What you bring**
- 3-5 years of experience building, leading, mentoring, and scaling UX teams.
- A versatile UX/UI professional who bridges business needs, innovation, and effective design.
- Proven track record of driving end-to-end user experiences that deliver measurable results.
- Skilled in utilizing and collaborating on Design Systems to maintain consistency.
- Dedicated to ensuring a cohesive UI design and reuse of patterns across platforms.
- Advocates for user-centered design practices with a keen eye for detail.
- Experienced in creating and refining information architecture documents, including content diagrams, content maps, wireframes, comprehensive diagrams, and static prototypes.
- Passionate about staying informed and keeping teams and clients updated on current and emerging UX/UI trends.
- Expertise in UX/UI software, particularly Figma, is essential.
- Strong understanding of Web Accessibility standards.
- Ability to coach teammates, share expertise, and continuously learn from others.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
