PRTR Technical is looking to speak with a Product UX/UI Designer to work with an exciting fast-growing company based in Bangkok.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading and managing the global UX/UI design team, ensuring both quality and team development.
- Formulating design strategies aligned with business objectives, user insights, and brand identity.
- Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to grasp business goals and requirements.
- Planning user research, and usability testing, and providing improvement recommendations.
- Reviewing UX/UI wireframes for effectively conveying design concepts.
- Creating brand identities for new digital products.
- Conducting design reviews, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining design guidelines.
- Balancing international design standards with the essence of local culture and language.

**Requirements**:

- Desirable: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in product design, demonstrated by a robust portfolio.
- Blend strategic problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit unconventional, creative thinking.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Profound knowledge of user-centered design, research methodologies, and UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency or familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
