- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Partners, and Developer team to gather and evaluate requirements, translating them into innovative and user-friendly designs.
- Lead the design process by developing and iterating on wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and validate concepts.
- Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for the policy and governing rules platform, drawing on your experience with social, gamification, or policy-driven platforms.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure design consistency and adherence to established design guidelines.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the user experience.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as necessary.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, problem-solving abilities, and successful platform implementations.
- Recognition awards or notable achievements in the design industry are a plus.
