We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX-focused professional, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our company's platform. Your primary responsibility will be to design user journeys and workflows that align with our business direction, ensuring the best possible experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to discuss and gather business requirements for generating research works, design initiatives, or platform enhancements for Sunday's platforms regionally.
- Empathize with users, gather feedback, insights, and conduct user research using appropriate methods to analyze and illustrate AS-IS user journeys and related UX artifacts.
- Assist product owners in defining areas of improvement and design TO-BE user journeys and workflows that align with the business direction and regulations while ensuring the best User Experience for customers across the platform.
- Design and deliver deliverables with sufficient details, such as wireframes, screen flows, display cases, guidelines, and high-fidelity UI, that are suitable for implementation by software development teams.
- Continuously revise and update designs and documentation based on ongoing user testing and customer feedback, ensuring an overall experience that includes user experience, content, aesthetics, and brand tone of voice.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Systems, Communications Design, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital platforms, including financial industry, insurance, e-commerce, or equivalent fields.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on UX. (Design portfolio required)
- Experience conducting user research and familiarity with various methods of qualitative research, such as field study, in-depth interviews, idea validation, and usability testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software, such as Figma, Maze, etc.
- Thai nationality, based in Bangkok.
- Experience in managing UI components and knowledge of HTML & CSS are advantageous.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and sprints is a plus.
