Grab's lending business (GFIN - Grab Financial) is a recent addition to Grab’s array of product and service offerings focused on extension of Micro credit to drivers, agents and merchants in Grab’s ecosystem. GFIN team is a combination of strong talent pool in its Regional Hub (Singapore) and deep local market operators across its focus markets. We are incredibly excited about the opportunity ahead of us. We are looking to put together the best possible combination of business build drive, industry expertise and local market depth as part of our team. GFIN team is responsible for end to end conceptualisation, design, development, execution and ongoing management of all lending activities in its focus markets and segments.

**Get to know the Role**

Your role will be to work closely with external vendor parties, and Grab internal business development, credit risk, transport, and GS team to deliver our key services i.e. grab benefit to Merchants

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Execute the KS Drawdown and Repayment for MCA and GNL - including adjusting any tickets when the new interest rate is announced as well as supporting finance with any issues faced with the report.
- Support manual repayment tasks
- Open a JIRA ticket and raised an issue to the product and engineer team to help support if any daily uploaded failed.
- Support any requested submitted by PAX under Lending operations' responsibilities (early manual repayment, credit limit reduction, credit limit blocking, or etc.)
- Notify and collaborate with commercial, strategy, and product team to raise any issues faced (sudden mass credit limit reduction resulting in an increase in Zendesk tickets) and altogether find the solutions.
- Monitoring the MCA technical error tickets and submit 100% of technical issue-related tickets received to the regional Tech team for further inspections.
- Support the transport team when there is an issue with the data, via extract reports as requested from data lake using SQL script.
- Perform checking the repayment requests or adjustments from IVF business partners and monitor the adjustment to be made to the tracking sheet.
- Perform checking for IVF, Working Capital Loans, and credit risk concentration financial report to ensure the correct amount.
- Perform planning a calendar for MCA, P-Loan, and MEX SPF/SNPL to prepare for launch while collaborating with relevant teams (credit, commercial, collection, and etc.) as well as preparing and managing limited tele sale resources to boost take up.
- Perform planning a product to order for MEX SPF/SNPL aiming to achieve the monthly target disbursement goal.
- Perform monitoring the take up rate of MCA, P-Loan, and MEX SPF/SNPL) - and creating any discussion materials related to the product.
- Monthly perform month end finance reports (Outstanding, Disbursement, Repayment).
- Maintain operational metrics and provide data backed insights on business and credit operations to maintain operational efficiency.
- Get to the ground, know what customers want, and can deliver them to customers
- Demonstrate One Grab culture by helping the transport team with Bag Financing Program Onboarding and Collection report on a bi-weekly basis.

**The Must-Haves**:

- A recognized Degree qualification, preferably in Business, Finance, Operation Management, Economics, Computer Science and Engineering
- Min. 2 years project management and/or operations excellence roles such as digital process optimisation
- Basic understanding of the local financial regulatory environment, compliance and customer due diligence process
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- A lateral thinker and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Office skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Working knowledge of VBA/ Python is a plus.
