**What’s this about?**
Atiom is seeking a Sales Operations Executive and Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the company's commercial growth.
This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer with a dotted line to the Managing Director.
**Sales Operations Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives.
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide sales support.
- Setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs.
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
- Keep sales materials up to date.
- Updating sales playbook with new practices.
- Analyzing sales data and streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
- Discovering new methods to boost sales and proposing sales-activating initiatives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM database.
**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
- Set up meetings, attend them, and take notes.
- Extent LinkedIn network: add new connections.
- Generate outbound leads: run experiments and A&B testing for messaging.
- Engage & nurture existing LinkedIn network: comment on prospects' posts, congrats with birthdays, etc
- Keep contact and deal information up to date on Hubspot.
- Organizing and maintaining documentation.
- Support on creating presentations and demos, both for internal and external use
- Organize speaking engagements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Working knowledge of Hubspot will be an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Cunning eye for details.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Discipline and confidentiality are paramount.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
