- Managing the Production Department to achieve the production plan, quality and delivery target.
- Leading the manufacturing and operation team, in line with annual plan and the company strategy.
- To select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
- To set the quality standards.
- Estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing on budgets with both clients and managers.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjust schedules.
- Monitoring product standards and implement quality control programs.
- To organize the repair of any damaged equipment.
- To analyze data, summarize production reports for both factory managers and customers.
- To train staff and supervisor.
- To report to Manager or MD
- ** Requirement**:

- 【Must】
- Male/Female/ 40 - 50 age.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer field.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Production manager at Steel industry
- Management experience
- Can speak English (Business Level up)

- Can speak Japanese
- Welding experience
- Experience with manufacturers (e.g., automotive industry)
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English, Japanese
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
- ** Holiday**: Sun, Holidays
Working on Sat (Twice a month)
