**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for Thailand's market planning and strategic positioning, focusing on market information, developing marketing programs, and formulating management systems;
2. Select marketing programs and market development plans, and formulate annual business strategies, including brand strategy, product strategy, channel strategy, and marketing promotion strategy;
3. Analyze the business on a regular basis, be responsible for the Thai market's business performance assessment and management, and timely tracking and analysis of major issues in the business process research, and issue solutions;
4. Collect, organize and analyze policies, dynamics and trends related to the business and development of the division, and at the same time, ensure the implementation of various actions on the ground;
5. Analyze the company's business management for strategic conformity, and make reasonable suggestions for future business direction and strategic adjustment;
6. Establish industry database, competitor data, and customer database through the market insight system to develop marketing programs.
**Requirements**:
1. Must-have Condition: related bakery ingredients or frozen dough working experience among artisan/bakery chains/supermarkets/food service/distributors.
2. Diploma degree or above;
3. More than 8 years of experience in frozen bakery sales, and more than 5 years of management experience is preferred;
4. Have a keen insight into market and business trends, and be able to quickly understand customer needs;
5. Have good overall planning skills and communication and coordination skills;
6. Fluent communication skills in English and Thai, able to adapt to the cultural and business environment of the Thai market.
**Salary**: ฿500,000.00 - ฿800,000.00 per year
