**Responsibilities**:

- Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Identify product backlog from company strategic goals to work towards its KPIs, and keep re-evaluating the backlog.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Obtain product market share by working with the sales team to develop product sales strategies.
- Create a clear boundary of each project. Prioritizing objectives, strategizing and planning for action plan to accomplish project's goal.
- Lead innovation and enhancement of our product portfolio to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing feasibility study; establishing requirements and time schedules with developers, marketing and sales team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the projects effectively and timely
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-and long-term goals.
- Summarize the project and provide lesson-learnt as a knowledge management approach.
- Understand and identify business needs and launch impactful projects to help improve business and operational performance. Potential projects include implementing new digital products, digital product improvements, data organization, firefighting, utilizing existing solutions in the market.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Product mindset and able to deliver incremental features instead of perfect solutions.
- Experienced in working with digital products. Passionate in learning about new technology.
- Have experience in technology, design thinking and project management, Understanding user journey and service design. (Agile process is a plus).
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work well with various kinds of people.
- Project management - Be able to track time, budget, progress of any individual project.
