- Communicating effectively with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and profitability.
- Evaluating and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop coordinated plans for business expansion and growth in Thailand and Singapore.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10 years+ of experience in supply chain management in the food and beverage industry, experience with fresh produce is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of Cold Chain logistics is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply chain issues.
- Good command of English.
