**Job description**:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies and plans by analyzing market revenue.
- Leading Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams for overall business in Thailand.
- Conceptualizing, developing, and managing effective strategy for total business
- Ensuring marketing strategy aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and mid-term/long-term goals.
- Committing Sales Force to ensure excellence in the implementation of promotion of promotional activities
- Having a strategic mindset to establish commercial business with flexibility and dynamic.
- Driving the execution of MT & TT Retail Environment Plans as developed by Customer Marketing.
- Developing plans, policies, goals, and objectives for the organization's activities to expand market share and distribution.
- Supporting the activities to acquire new products of the company.
- Developing short-term/long-term sales goals including channel strategies, monitoring sales, and taking good actions increase to achieve sales targets.
- Coaching teams to develop hard skills and soft skills to upgrade capability.
- Keeping motivated and challenging team members to achieve superior performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Business Management or any related field
- At least 10-year working experience in business management or sales from food manufacturing is a must.
- Fluent in English (both speaking & writing).
- Optimistic and concerned about achievement
- Be able to work across boundaries, multi people, and multi-functions.
