**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Coordinates all elements required to develop effective near term production schedules. This includes production rates and sequences, maintenance plans and other events, material usage issues, incoming material planning, and the requirements of the medium term plans. By variously monitoring, controlling and balancing these areas, the Mill Planner delivers an optimum schedule for operations to follow to manufacture products. Provides long-term involving capacity and materials planning. The incumbent will be expected to support business objectives by working with members of the operations teams supply chain teams and commercial teams through coordination of requirements.

- ยอมรับและร่วมมือกับผู้อื่นในองค์กร เพื่อให้การดาเนินงานด้านนโยบายต่าง ๆ ขององค์กรเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นตามที่องค์กรวางไว้
- ศึกษาและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับด้าน ความปลอดภัย ชีวะอนามัย พลังงาน และสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพสินค้าให้เป็นไปตาม
- นโยบายของ EHS และ QMS ที่องค์กรกาหนดไว้ และมีความถูกต้องสอดคล้องตามกฎมายของประเทศ
- รวบรวมและบันทึกของมูลการผลิต ของเสีย, เครื่องจักรหยุด, ประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร และผลผลิตในการผลิตของวันที่ผ่านมา

**Maintain key data and parameters for planning purposes**:

- Review rate/routings with manufacturing and maintain in system
- Maintain material MRP parameters in system
- Input and maintain BOM’s and production versions where appropriate
- Review maintenance, upgrade, holiday plans with manufacturing and maintain mill calendar in system
- Monitor usage rates temporarily at variance to BOM

**Develop short term (weeks 1-6) production and co-packing/subcon plans and**

**initiate execution.**
- Monitor the macro needs of medium term plans for weeks 1-6
- Monitor near term production, material and co-packer/subcon constraints
- Identify scheduling priorities
- Develop and communicate production schedule to operations
- Confirm order quantity/schedule to co-packer/subcons

**Control material availability through material requirement planning and communication with vendors.**
- Monitor near-medium term supply plans generate material requirements
- Provide forecasts of material requirements to vendors
- Generate requisitions for materials according to planned requirements and inventory policy
- Monitor and expedite delivery of materials ordered

**Analyse and calculate material inventory levels.**
- Vendor delivery conformance to plan and inventory level performance
- Carry out statistical analysis and calculations for recommended inventory
- Calculate physical storage impacts
- Recommend target inventories

**Monitoring and reporting of key mill KPI’s - Conformance to Plan, Rate of Operation, Yield, Uptime, and Inventory.**
- Collect operations compiled data
- Generate system reports
- Calculate as necessary
- Format and publish
