Supply Planning Analyst

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure information in the consignment file is updated in time and accurate
- Analyze the supply situation in the consignment file
- Lead consignment meeting to define next steps to ensure inventory level in consignment file is healthy (e.g. get action from retread planner to ensure proper ticket planning to enable proper delivery quantity, New tire planner to increase the supply of new tire if needed,.., etc)
- Casing analysis
- Generate casing return analysis compared to demand every month
- Share analysis to retread supply planner, Demand planner, and sales to take proper next steps (e.g. Sale to follow casing from the customer, revise demand ratio (new and retread), revise ticket planning,.., etc)
- Inventory Management to maximize customer service level.
- Coordinate with Consignment to ensure stock accuracy every week.

**Retread shipment Planning**
- Provide a projected loading schedule (shipment to consignment for New tire and retread) and Retread for SDP to the logistic team for container booking
- Review inventory of retread tires daily to execute shipment arrangements by working with logistics and customer service. Maximize container utilization and arrange shipment to avoid supply issues.
- Work with Retread planner &production for necessary actions needed

**Report generation**
- SUP report / Retread order status
- Generate Retread inventory and CRI report on daily basis

**Other**
- Prepare report as per assigned
- Provide in coming casing visibility to Retread supply planner for ticket planning
- Verify casing

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration in or related field. International Business/ or Logistic Management field is preferable
- Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant working experience or Import/ Export or Logistic field
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, and SAP or other ERPs
- Can communicate in local language and English
- Has a customer service mindset and a can-do attitude
- Strong planning, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
