**Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:
Prepare inventory reports for the project management team.
Coordinate with related departments regarding inventory movement and storage.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and ensure accurate recording in the system.
Investigate discrepancies in inventory records and implement corrective actions.
Ensure that inventory records are complete, up-to-date, and comply with internal control policies.
**2. Fixed Asset Management**:
Record, track, and update fixed asset information in the accounting or asset management system.
Coordinate asset transfers between departments and locations, ensuring proper documentation.
Conduct regular fixed asset verifications and support the annual physical asset count.
Monitor asset lifecycle and depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting standards.
Ensure fixed asset processes align with internal control requirements and company policies.
**3. Compliance and Coordination**:
Support audits and internal reviews by preparing required documentation and reconciliations.
Ensure inventory and fixed asset records comply with relevant accounting standards and company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Operations) to support accurate reporting and control of assets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing inventory and asset management workflows.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in inventory or fixed asset management (fresh graduates are also welcome).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory or asset management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with various teams.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
