Role Summary
You will lead all asset management activities for our data center operations in Rayong, ensuring accurate tracking, lifecycle oversight, and smooth coordination between engineering, operations, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end asset management for all data center equipment and inventory.
- Maintain accurate asset records, tracking serials, quantities, locations, warranties, and lifecycle status.
- Coordinate receiving, tagging, storage, movement, and decommissioning of assets.
- Implement and maintain asset management processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Work closely with site operations to support customer deployments, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Manage vendor coordination for procurement, RMA, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure asset data integrity in internal systems and dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience in data center operations, asset management, or IT inventory control.
- Good understanding of hardware such as servers, network devices, racks, cabling, and power equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle fast-moving tasks, multiple stakeholders, and shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with asset management tools or DCIM platforms is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work on-site in Rayong.
