**Job responsibilities**:

- In the early stage, use recruitment as an entry point, coordinate the recruitment work, and complete the team building work.
- Meet production business needs through various recruitment channels.
- To gradually develop a stable source of recruitment and resolve long-term localized recruitment.

**System development and human resources management**
- Formulate various human resources management systems such as remuneration, performance, employee relations, workflow, awards and punishment measures in accordance with the state of local business development in Malaysia and future trends; And it can be implemented well.
- Be responsible for shaping, maintaining, developing and disseminating the corporate culture and ensuring the consistency of the core values of the employees of the enterprise.
- Provides advice and suggestions on organizational structure or personnel adjustments, changes, etc., and is committed to improving the overall management level of the company.
- Develop and review annual budgets for personnel activities and monthly utilization of recruitment, training, team building, salaries and allowances to control human resources costs.
- To improve the company's various management systems and workflows related to human resources, ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, and ensure the sound development of the company and its employees.
- Leading events (employees' events and year-end parties).
- To handle various matters related to employee relations, including not limited to labor arbitration, employee injury issues, etc.
- Maintain local government social institutional relations, be familiar with local policies, and avoid labor penalties and other penalties for non-compliance.

**Administrative work**
- Day-to-day administrative services: responsible for the day-to
- day administrative services and logístical work of the department; He is responsible for fixed assets, office items, management, inventory, maintenance and management of the office environment.
- Documentation and archives management: the regulation of upcoming documents, the flow of correspondence from upper and lower levels, and supervision. Collecting, organizing, binding, archiving, safekeeping, etc. of corporate documents.
- Personnel attendance management: personnel attendance management, employee entry and separation procedures, etc. are handled and archived.
- Logistical support and coordination work: Provide all business departments of the company with necessary office equipment and other logístical support, responsible for coordination work with other departments, and good information upload and delivery.
- Dealing with the post-leaving employee: responsible for handling the post-leaving employee's post-leaving work, including office supplies, keys, attendance accounting, leaving certificate, discharge of contract.
- Holiday work arrangements: Assist departments in making work arrangements during the holiday period, such as inspecting windows and doors, shutting down power computers, etc.
- Enterprise asset allocation management: responsible for the management of enterprise asset allocation (including office equipment and office supplies), such as counting, maintenance, registration, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining good communication with local government departments, including not limited to the fire protection and environmental protection department, the business and industry bureau, the tax bureau, the human and social security bureau, etc.
