**In this position you will....
manage the end-to-end inventory organisation in Thailand which includes leading the team of inventory and warehouse employees and logistic vendors to deliver against key KPI’s and objectives.

**You will be responsible for **
- Daily monitoring and analysis of inventories on stock receiving, deliveries, shipping out and other inventory tasks at local and global level.
- Working closely with demand planner team for inventory forecast and planning.
- Manages inventory tracking systems and manual control to ensure stock accuracy, transparency, shortage, and real-time data.
- Lead inventory team and warehouse employees to achieve goal objectives.
- Proposes strategies and countermeasures for operational improvements and risk control.
- Reports on inventory levels, Supply Chain, Finance stock count and establishing SOP’s.
- Liaising with finance department to investigate, find and report root cause of stock reconciliation issues. Preparing management reports for Asset Management KPIs on weekly and monthly basis

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3-5 years working experience preferably in warehouse and inventory management.
- Forecast and planning experience.
- Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
- Adaptable and able to work on own with mínimal supervision.
- Willing to take challenges, multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results.
- Able to follow the operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to departmental standards.
- Able to operate within information technology (IT) systems to oversee material control and track and record communications.
- Able to develops or updates inventory operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
