- 1.Serving as the primary contact and responsible party for the Customer Service department in its interactions with Purchasing and Sales managers, other internal departments, and external parties.
- 2.Handling issues like shortages, delivery delays, and other concerns by working closely with the Purchasing department, customers, suppliers, and warehouses to find resolutions and minimize escalations.
- 3.Providing recommendations to higher management regarding the distribution of duties among department staff.
- 4.Assisting Sales and Purchasing Managers in setting up supply chains for both new and existing customers.
- 5.Analyzing inconsistencies between forecasts and actual orders to make purchase decisions based on factors such as customer demand, supplier lead times, and stock levels.
- 6.Controlling logistics costs, negotiating logistics and warehouse costs, and issuing debit memos for freight expenses related to customer requests.
- 7.Participating in warehouse and freight invoice clearing, working in collaboration with the Finance Department.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【Must】- Bachelor Degrees
- Good Command in both spoken and written English (TOEIC score 750＋)
- Experience manager level 1-2 years
- Minimum 7-8 years experience of export tasks,Forecast,Order management)
【Advantage】- Experience in trading company and automobile company is advantage
- Experience in working at Japanese company**English Level**:
