Assistant QA Manager

Our client is a leading Food and Beverage import and export company from France.

Now they are looking for an Assistant QA Manager to handle this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and controlling daily operations including supplier quality monitoring, incoming quality control, manufacturing process management, outgoing quality assurance, and finished product reliability (FOOD ONLY).
- Ensuring safety and quality of manufacturing process, equipment, and resources, and all operators concerned.
- Continually reviewing processes, procedures, and capabilities of the operations to sustain the effective methods of quality management, to meet the company's standard and customer's requirement.
- Monitoring and reporting quality control progress, and preventing all issues regarding accurate timeline, on-time delivery, and budget management.
- Providing relevant information and immediate notification to global counterparts, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Reviewing and approving suppliers, vendors, and contractors in terms of quality documentation to ensure their planned activities comply with agreements and requirements.
- Ensuring all activities in the Quality Management System to maintain the effectiveness of all functions of the operations.
- Being able to supervise the team.

**Qualifications**
- 5-10 years experience in QA/QC management in the food industry with team management skills. (From Food Industry Only)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in food technology or other related fields.
- You are organized, objective-driven, and lead.
- You perform well in high-speed environments; you meet deadlines, and you can remain calm in stressful situations.
- You can structure your thoughts and present them in adequate detail and clarity.
- You have a fluent command of English.
