**In this position you will...**

...lead Motor Product and Underwriting as we’re transformation business to be Insurtech. Drive for Product Development and Underwriting Guideline for Motor business to meet the topline as per business plan. Also manage LR of Motor Product and own P/L responsibility - Underwriting profitable growth & Portfolio management to achieve profitability.

**You will be responsible for**
- Set the underwriting guidelines for each line of motor product in accordance with the business objectives
- Define underwriting authority for each product in respect to the organization operating structure
- Develop underwriting and pricing framework for new and renewal business
- Focus on the Motor Portfolio and pricing and revise the pricing to be competitive as well as profitable as per industry standards
- Identifying risk segments in Motor that will be a preferred or avoidable set
- Working on industry trends and implementing risk mitigation measures to improve profitability
- Determine the motor pricing for both fleet and non-fleet
- Collaborate and Manage expectations with regard to internal and external stakeholders with regard to underwriting
- Review sales and claims data to analyze the portfolio in detail and suggest changes in business mix, pricing and underwriting rules
- Manage product and portfolio governance aligned to the company objectives
- Perform periodic & ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Actuarial Science
- More than 5 years of experience in Product and Underwriter Motor
- Excellent data analytics preferred for portfolio management
- Good communication and presentation in English and Thai
- Have a good understanding Motor Thailand market practice
