**Responsibilities**:
Provide underwriting expertise and service to all business lines.
Assist Underwriting Manager with product performance reports.
Maintain relationship with producers and internal and external customers.
Provide training and coaching Non med underwriter, underwriter administrator for underwriting know how and also Tele-marketer for field underwriter.
Manage underwriting referral and re-underwriting cases (register, update underwriting decision and additional information)
Checking information for underwriting process (existing policies, claim history, blacklists and remark)
Prepare exclusion case to CS team for notified customer
Follow up pending case in order to complete underwriting
Coordinate with Telesales and Call Center manager about underwriting actions taken
Assist Underwriter Manager to do the UAT
Assist and support underwriter to provide report as and when required
Others as assigned
