Guest Experience Manager

This position focuses on customer service and builds partnerships with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are attended to promptly. Supervise the Front Desk operations together with the Front-Office Manager and ensuring that relevant policies and procedures are being followed and that the highest possible service is being delivered in a friendly and professional manner. To respond to situations and activities at the Front Desk, the Lobby, Kid’s Club and the Gym. To be the main point of contact for the guests upon arrival till departure and handle their queries throughout their stay. Leading the Front Office team through organizational changes and providing support and assistance in resolving guest issues and -complaints.
