Provide courteous and prompt service and if possible to comply with each and every guests' request and needs.
- To sell rooms in a manner designed to maximized revenue and occupancy with guests' satisfaction.
- Check in guests and ensures compliance to the Hotel Act requirements.
- ็andle keys and ensure that the room keys are given to the right guests. i.e., by checking the Property Management System and welcome folder for verification.
- Check the occupancy report to ensure the room status is updated and take down and key-in messages for the guests? on their whereabouts or any other message at the counter or over the phone and familiarise procedures, facilities and services of the hotel.
- Report to the Chief Receptionist or the Assistant Manager on duty in the absence of the Reception Manager of all guests? complaints and to attend all meetings and training programmes punctually.
- Prepare check-in and process arrival of all incoming groups and crew.
- To render necessary assistance at the Business Centre when necessary.
- Ensure proper handling of all guest messages/property held at the Reception.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by superior or management
- Take care of the entire hotel's affairs such as reservations, check-in/out, revenue management, room inspection even including some of the sales functions such as show rooms, etc.
- Any other assistant by Host Mgr. / Asst. Host Manager.
