Greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in using the hotel's reservation system.
- Assisting guests with luggage and escorting them to their rooms, if required.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Processing guest check-outs, including reviewing and settling guest accounts.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Making reservations and managing room inventory using the hotel's property management system.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Assisting with coordinating guest transportation, such as arranging taxi services or providing directions.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly front desk area and lobby.
- Upselling hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
