- Take part or lead (as deemed appropriate) in designing/developing new HR system as well as planning, projects, and policies
- Coordinate with HR Department Manager/ Assistant HR Unit Manager to initiate HR project, improvement, and/or policy to solve the issues or to accommodate the strategies and requirement of the management
- Monitor and oversee the operation of compensation and welfare; provide consultation and assist Assistant HR Manager to solve issues concerning payroll, compensation, welfare, etc.
- Take action role to assist and facilitate the implementation of performance management; work with HR Department Manager/Assistant HR Manager to ensure the process to be accomplished as plan as well as to develop/suggest policy as well as analyze in the detail concerning performance grading, salary increase, bonus, promotion, etc., for management’s consideration and approva
- Develop HR strategy and policy to comply with company
- Control HR operation jobs to meet the target of HR business plan

**Qualifications**:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 10-15 years working experience in related fields
- Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressures
