**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including administrative tasks and maintaining records.

Personal Assistant: Handle personal errands, such as shopping or managing household tasks. Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal trips.

Real Estate Management: Oversee the management of our real estate properties, which includes liaising with tenants, liaising with government agencies, coordinating maintenance, repairs and rent collection

Marketing and Leasing: Assist in marketing our properties, showing them to potential tenants, and processing leasing agreements.

Project Assistance: Support any ongoing projects within the company, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role; experience in real estate management is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Our team comprises 3 people in the office, with a total of 8 team members.
- Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office.
- Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
- Office located at Empire Tower near BTS Chong Nonsi
- On-site visits to properties, with approximately one day per week spent outside the office at various property locations

**Compensation**:
Salary and benefits are flexible, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

งานดำเนินการต่างๆโดยทั่วไป: งานธุรการและการดูแลรักษาระเบียบเอกสาร

ผู้ช่วยส่วนตัว: จัดการงานส่วนตัวของผู้บริหาร เช่น การช้อปปิ้งหรือจัดการงานบ้าน จัดการการเดินทาง ที่พัก และกำหนดการเดินทางทั้งในทางธุรกิจและส่วนตัว

งานอสังหาริมทรัพย์: ดูแลจัดการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ซึ่งรวมถึงการประสานงานกับผู้เช่า การติดต่อราชการ การประสานงานซ่อมบำรุง การซ่อมแซม และการเก็บค่าเช่า

การตลาดและการเช่า: ทำการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ พาผู้ที่สนใจเช่าเข้าดูห้องเช่า และดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับสัญญาเช่า

การช่วยเหลือโปรเจ็ค: สนับสนุนโครงการต่างๆภายในบริษัท เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่างานเสร็จตามเวลาและงบประมาณ

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- มีประสบการณ์ในบทบาทงานธุรการหรือผู้ช่วย ประสบการณ์ในการจัดการอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นข้อได้เปรียบแต่ไม่จำเป็น
