Job Highlights
Claims assessment
Possess efficient interpersonal skills

How you will create an impact
Assess and investigate Complex claims within his/her authority.
Able to provide a technical referral point of team members.
Able to advise key loss and wider trends to line of business
Support team performance per the required criteria and ensure best practice to use among the team
Ensure claims are accurately assessed and proactively reserved within agreed service levels
Provide effective resolution of claims level
Be accurate and consistent to control financial claims matter
Follow best practice on compliance matter with governance standards and regulatory requirements and minimize lost economic opportunity within claims segment
Be efficiency on communication to all relevant stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in the related field. Insurance / Nurse experience would be an advantage
Good command of English skills
Strong stakeholder management experience
Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation will be a plus
Possess of negotiation and good in interpersonal skills
