Claims Service Assistant

Our client is a Broker & Insurance Company.
**Job **Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for the management of the claim strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection, and successful settlement; ensuring that the process runs smoothly, that the insurance companies settle perfectly, and that clients receive their compensation as quickly as possible.
- Ensuring there is efficient and satisfactory service to both account handlers and clients.
- Reporting and logging claim correspondence to relevant parties within prescribed timeframes.
- Assisting clients with policy cover, terms and conditions, and claims protocol.
- Working and negotiating with insurers to ensure a fair settlement for the clients in the event of a claim.
- Providing litigation support to clients to facilitate the settlement and payment of claims as appropriate.
- Preparing the claim analysis report for communicating with clients.
- Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with clients, insurers, third parties involved, and colleagues.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure that clients understand the effect of breaching conditions or requirements.
- Being the consultant for clients and team members in part of the coverage.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree/higher in any related field.
- Min 2-5 years experience in Claims H&B.
- Good speaking and writing in English.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and Self-autonomous.
- Having experience in Insurance Brokers / Insurance is a plus.
