Job Highlights

Job Descriptions
- Assess and investigate Complex claims within his/her authority
- Able to provide a technical referral point of team members
- Able to advise key loss and wider trends to line of business
- Support team performance per the required criteria and ensure best practice to use among the team
- Ensure claims are accurately assessed and proactively reserved within agreed service levels
- Provide effective resolution of claims level
- Be accurate and consistent to control financial claims matter
- Follow best practice on compliance matter with governance standards and regulatory requirements and minimize lost economic opportunity within claims segment
- Be efficiency on communication to all relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field. Insurance / Nurse experience would be an advantage
- Good command of English skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation will be a plus
- Possess of negotiation and good in interpersonal skills
