Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing, product management, and clinical teams to align on product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners to ensure profitable business arrangements.
Monitor contract performance and compliance to uphold company standards and customer expectations.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and progress toward targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and inform decision-making.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or product management within the medical device industry.
Proven track record of generating revenue and building successful partnerships.
Strong understanding of medical device regulations, market dynamics, and healthcare ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze complex information and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
