- ** Job Description**: 1. Responsible for coordinating integrated marketing projects, providing consumer insights, industry competition trends, and business status, accurately analyzing and sorting out user needs, developing integrated communication strategies, tactical gameplay, supply pull methods, etc., and being responsible for the results.
2. Explore integrated marketing innovation projects, enhance the user mentality of products, and carry out global coordination and control of projects.
3. Able to independently handle work issues, maintain timely communication with the team, and provide professional guidance to relevant colleagues within the team.
4. Proficient in customer communication and possess basic marketing strategy thinking.
5. Assist and track the progress of creative work completion, ensuring that creative output meets strategic requirements standards.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to control project progress and coordinate departmental work in a timely mane.
7. Collaborate with product managers to provide regular research results on products in the market, and adjust and optimize brand strategies.
8. Responsible for cross-border cooperation between brands and products, quickly establishing brand and product image in the minds of consumers, and achieving brand premium goals.
9. Participate in and collaborate on market analysis of brand models, product positioning, target audience sorting and analysis, develop marketing strategies and paths for listing, and support brand growth. Familiarize oneself with the writing of marketing guidance manuals for vehicle manufacturers' terminals (distributors)
10. Plan, control, and supervise the distribution and use of budget in the field of product marketing
11. Participate in and collaborate in managing brand strategy agency service providers, cross functional departments, and internal and external collaborative business partners to communicate and promote relevant cooperation work.
- ** Requirement**: 1. At least 5 years of experience in marketing advertising agency (preferably in the automotive industry), or at least 4 years of work experience in a marketing consulting company (with experience in brand integration marketing consulting or model marketing consulting), both Party A and Party B are eligible
2. Excellent logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, and resource integration skills, good at mobilizing team enthusiasm, and promoting high-quality project output.
3. Highly responsible, willing to introduce challenges, possessing excellent teamwork spirit, willing to maintain patience and enthusiasm for projects.
4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, with strong planning, self-directed and execution abilities in work, able to obey department leadership management
5. Good at English
