**Marketing Communication**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a marketing communications plan including efficient and intuitive strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Press, for the company activities within the marketing department
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Organize, index and maintain the internal photo library to ensure all images are credited where required, images are cross referenced and easily accessed.
- Keep PLA website, Facebook, Instagram, etc. updated and user friendly.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree inLandscape Architecture, Architect or related fields preferable
- Experience in Marketing Communications, Advertising preferable
- Well English communication in writing, speaking and presenting
- Have systematic thinking and management. Have good human relations Likes to seek new knowledge
- Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Instagram, etc. preferable
- Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment
- Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods
- Ability to promote positive relationships with team
- Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines
- Well organization and attention to detail
