Are you an experienced SEO professional looking to take the next step in your career? Pronto Marketing is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an SEO Team Lead. At Pronto, we're dedicated to delivering unparalleled website and marketing services to our clients, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for SEO, digital marketing, and client success.

As our SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across a team of SEO and outreach specialists. Your responsibilities would include providing guidance and support to team members, conducting performance evaluations, fostering cross-functional collaboration, identifying new opportunities for service expansion, and driving continuous improvement in our current SEO services.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- ** Team Leadership & Development**: Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, setting goals and expectations, providing ongoing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- ** Regular Performance Reviews**:Conduct regular check-ins to provide ongoing support and encouragement for the continued growth and success of direct reports.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with website production, support, and account management teams to ensure smooth collaboration in marketing efforts.
- ** Service Improvement & Expansion**: Research customer needs to help identify opportunities for service improvements or growth with potential new service offerings.
- ** Troubleshooting & Escalation Point**: Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues. Provide guidance and support to team members facing challenges, offering assistance and expertise.
- ** Client Feedback**: Gather feedback and information from clients on current services and team members to identify areas for improvement and ensure that their needs are being met effectively.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development, execution, and leadership.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to listen actively, provide feedback constructively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically. Adept at building rapport with colleagues and clients, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- ** Leadership**: Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards shared goals, foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, and drive team performance to achieve outstanding results.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- ** Strong Problem-Solving Skills**: as the SEO Team Lead, you will need to analyze data, identify issues, troubleshoot, and adapt to changing circumstances. You’ll be comfortable developing innovative solutions and see technical problems as an exciting challenge.
- ** All-Round SEO Expertise**: Proficiency in technical, on-page, off-page SEO, and WordPress, and expertise with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Surfer SEO, and Ahrefs.
- ** Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
