About The Job

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role is responsible for generating quotations for Alfa Laval spare parts within the assigned area of responsibilities. With the robust backend support, it enables the sales team to be more successful in their sales efforts, drives sales success, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Description
- Support the in-country sales team in responding to Request for Quotations (RFQs) for spare parts.
- Take ownership of the quotation process, accelerating turnaround times to support sales success and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to implement effective pricing strategies for customers and interacting with Customer Support team.
- Actively liaise with the Customer Support team to monitor quotes conversion, ensuring the quote gets converted into order timely.

What You Know
- Minimum 3 solid years’ experience in fast-moving components or parts sales in related service industries.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Always seeking to understand the key stakeholders' business challenges and working it through collaboratively together.
- Ability to handle muti-tasking roles within the team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
